記憶中第一次聽到這首歌是在一位好友的婚禮上，
隨著歌曲的播放，眼眶也跟著紅了，
當時心中的感覺很複雜，
有著感動、不捨、和喜悅。
先恭禧這位好友今年11月即將要升格作媽媽了喔！

最近離出國的日子越來越近，
情緒的起伏波動也很大，
動不動就覺得煩燥，
也很容易就失去了方向，
朋友眼中的Iris，很堅強、很有勇氣、很獨立、
其實我和一般的女生都一樣，
只是對自已要求標準更高，
時時提醒自已不能辜負大家對我的期望，
並懂得去尋找釋放情緒的方法而已。

找一首適合當下心境的歌是一個很好的方式，
可以讓自已很安心，不受到外在的打擾，
慢慢的隨著歌而去…
我認為這是一首很正面能量的歌，
讓人聽完後充滿了勇氣，
每個人心中都有一個支撐著自已的力量，
有時後是一直默默支持你的親情，
有時後是時時刻刻伴隨你的友情，
有時後是自已最深愛的人…

很幸運的這三種我一個都沒有缺，
我才能這麼沒有牽拌的朝我的夢想邁進，
也才能繼續當著大家眼中”很猛”的Iris。
